Since legal malpractice cases concern two cases in one, it is an extremely specialized area of law. His legal malpractice knowledge and many years of trial experiences enable Mr. Andres to provide competent and cost effective representation to clients.

During the last 20 years, Mr. Andres has tried to verdict over ten legal malpractice cases. He has obtained awards of $10 million, $4.5 million, $2.2 million, and $1.8 million. He has also obtained a legal malpractice settlement in excess of $1 million, as well as a number of six figure settlements.

Mr. Andres has served as an expert witness in numberous legal malpractice cases rendering opinions on the standard of care for lawyers and has given lectures on legal malpractice to law students and lawyers' groups. Mr. Andres screens all potential cases of legal malpractice for the office.
