Andres & Andres has been in existence for over twenty years. Our law firm is dedicated to providing first class California legal malpractice services to the local and regional community.

Eugen C. Andres, along with Herbert Patt, and James Moore, provide high caliber legal malpractice litigation services to individuals who have substantial legal problems primarily in the area of legal malpractice or negligence in the state of California. Where our focus has been on legal malpractice, we handle medical malpractice cases as well as personal injury claims.

Our goal is to maximize our client’s case regardless of how rigorous the defense. Having practiced in the Orange County community for over thirty years, we have a good working knowledge of the legal community and the value of our cases.

Ann Avery Andres has focused her practice on representing individuals who have estate planning needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and durable powers for health care. An adjunct professor of trust law for over ten years at a local California law school, Ann enjoys all aspects of drafting estate documents and assisting her clients through the probate process.
